Sotto a negotiation boutique, staffed by AI

Priced by the hour
that matters.

Not every meeting is a negotiation. Sotto is metered in negotiation-hours — the hours an agent is actually in the room with you — so writing playbooks, preparing a deal and reading the record afterwards cost nothing extra.

Teams & trainers

For a sales or procurement team, or a negotiation trainer's class: everyone rehearses the same deal against an AI counterparty, and the manager or trainer sees who needs work on what.

  • Per-skill medians for the group, read from each participant's latest scored round, with the count beside every number
  • Participants keep their own accounts and are not added to your Sotto organisation
Deals, calls and participants are unlimited on every plan. Subscribing starts the same 14-day trial first; we move you onto your tier before it ends. Prices exclude VAT. EUR at parity; AED at the 3.6725 peg.

An hour is an hour in the room.

negotiation-hour — sixty minutes with an agent in the room: a live call, or a voice drill rehearsing one. Nothing else on the meter.

Preparation is free

Writing playbooks, building briefs, uploading contracts, grilling yourself in writing before the call — none of it touches the meter. The work that decides the deal shouldn't be the work you ration.

Drills are short on purpose

A voice drill rehearses one moment — the price push, the exploding offer, the nibble at the end — for about twelve minutes. Five of them make an hour. Typed rehearsal is unlimited and never metered.

So is the record

Coda's write-up, the concession ledger, plan-versus-actual, and everything that feeds the next brief are part of the call you already paid for.

One playbook, many deals

A playbook is your house rules for a kind of negotiation — new business, renewals, procurement. Every deal you run under it is unlimited, and so are the calls each deal takes.

Counted per call, not per person

A one-hour call with four people on it is one hour, not four. The agent is in the room once.

Hours pool on Enterprise

A team's hours sit in one bucket, so the person in a hard quarter draws on the hours of the person who isn't.

Which agents work for you.

All five are on every plan. What changes is how much of each you get.

Consent
Each participant agrees before Sotto subscribes to their audio.
Audio
Never stored. Buffers are discarded the moment speech becomes text.
Recording
Off unless the host turns it on for that call, and theirs to delete.
Retention
Your operator sets the numbers and the jurisdiction. Nothing is hardcoded to one country's law.
Practice
Drills you start yourself stay yours. A drill your manager assigned says so before you speak.

Before you ask.

What happens when I run out of hours?

Nothing stops. Extra hours bill at the plan's hourly rate, and you can see the count before the call rather than after it. If overage becomes your normal month, the next plan up is cheaper than the hours — we will say so.

Who needs a seat?

Anyone on your side who reads advice during a call or edits a playbook. Colleagues who only read the write-up afterwards do not.

The counterparty never needs one, and never gets one. Nothing Sotto produces crosses the table.

Can I move between plans?

Up whenever you like, effective immediately, prorated. Down at the end of a billing period. Past ten seats, Pro stops being the right product, and we will move you to Enterprise rather than sell you eleven Pro seats.

Do drills use up my hours?

Typed rehearsal never does — practise in writing as much as you like. Voice drills come with a monthly allowance, and past it they draw on the same negotiation-hours as a real call, at five drills to the hour. An hour with an agent is an hour, whether it is your counterparty or a rehearsal of them.

What is Team Drills?

An Enterprise add-on for whoever owns training rather than the deal: drills assigned to a team, scored against your own playbook, with manager visibility and ramp tracking for new hires. Priced per seat on top of Enterprise — ask us.

It never makes your own practice visible. A drill you start for yourself stays private; an assigned drill is marked as assigned before you speak, so you always know who is listening. People stop practising honestly the moment that line is blurred.

Does a four-person call cost four hours?

No. One hour on the clock is one negotiation-hour, whoever is in the room. Each participant still gets their own audio track and their own consent prompt.

Why three currencies at these numbers?

Because a price should be a decision, not an exchange-rate reading. EUR runs at parity with USD, and AED converts at the dirham's fixed 3.6725 peg to the dollar, rounded. Nothing here moves when the market does.

What is in the trial?

Fourteen days and three negotiation-hours, on Pro, without a card. Long enough for one real negotiation and the write-up afterwards — which is the only test that tells you anything.

Put the whole desk behind your next deal.

A 30-minute walkthrough on a live call: we write a playbook, prepare a deal, join a room, and you watch the advice arrive on one side of the table only.
